Item not delivered

The item was never delivered. I had a notification about the tracking number but the courier said they had never received the item.

I also contacted the customer services team several weeks ago but there has been no reply

The majority of Bamboo pillows come with hefty price tags because of their quality. But I bought 2 from their sale. The quality of the pillows are excellent. As a side sleeper they gave me the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time. They are not to hard or too soft, they are just right. Unlike some pillows that make you feel hot, these stay nice & cool. The customer service was excellent & they arrived promptly.
