UK Delivery Information

  • We aim to process and ship all standard orders from our UK warehouse in 2-4 business days.
  • Our orders are processed mon/to Friday from 9am to midday.
  • If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Next Day delivery and placing your order before midday.
  • DPD delivers all UK shipments and will notify you prior to delivery with an estimated delivery time through SMS and/or email.
  • Parcel tracking is available via the DPD iOS or Android app, where you can also leave delivery instructions if you're unavailable.
  • We also use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries.
  • We also utiliSe EVRI for parcel deliveries. Based on the order and its volumetric size, we select the most suitable courier to ensure optimal handling and delivery.

Weekend delivery is available for Express Delivery and Next-Day Delivery options if selected at checkout and depending on your location.

Yes, if you're using our Next-Day Delivery or Express Delivery service, you can schedule the delivery for a specific date that suits you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. For European customers, please contact us to explore potential shipping options.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Can I combine multiple items into one shipment?

Yes, if you order multiple items at once, we will combine them into a single shipment whenever possible to minimise shipping costs and environmental impact. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we may ship it separately, but we’ll inform you beforehand.
